1 以非活泼C-H键活化反应为核心的天然产物及活性药物分子的全合成;

2 涉及多种化学键构建的非活泼C-H键活化新反应、电化学反应、及不对称反应的研究;

3 与化学生物学相结合的化学反应方法、仿生合成、及合成生物学研究。
